How it works

1. Try it for 30 days

   Use your Tall Owl products the way you normally would. Your 30 days start on delivery.

2. Tell us if it isn’t right

   Email us or use the form below within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the items you’d like refunded. Contact us before mailing anything back. If we request a U.S. return, we’ll provide a prepaid label at no cost.

3. Get your refund

   We refund the actual amount paid for those items, plus applicable tax, with no questions or fee. We issue your refund to the original payment method within five business days after receiving your return or confirming that no return is needed.

Your bank may take additional time to show the refund. Original shipping is refunded only when Tall Owl made a fulfillment or service error. Read the refund policy
