Simple and clear: you may return one opened unit per product type within 30 days of delivery. Bundles and multi-unit value sets are final sale. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method minus a $7 return shipping fee.

How Returns Work
Request Within 30 Days
Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.
Refund After Return Is Received
Once your eligible return arrives and is verified, we process your refund to the original payment method (minus the $7 return shipping fee).

What Is Eligible
You may return one (1) opened unit of each product type per order for a refund.
Unopened items may also be returned within the 30-day window.
Example: If you order 3 lip balms, 1 opened lip balm is covered under the trial guarantee.
What Is Not Eligible
- Bundles and multi-unit value sets (final sale)
- Gift cards
- Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery
All final-sale items are excluded from refund eligibility.
30-Day Deadline
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after day 30 are not eligible.
Day 1 starts on the delivery date shown by your carrier tracking.
Return Shipping Fee
A flat $7 return shipping fee is deducted from your approved refund amount.
Refund = item refund amount minus $7 return label fee.
BOGO / Free Item Terms
- If the free item is unopened, the paid item is refundable under standard terms.
- If the free item is opened, your refund is adjusted.
- If both paid and free items were opened, refund is 50% of the paid item value.
Example: Paid item was $28 in a BOGO order and both items were opened. Refund = $14 (before the $7 return shipping deduction).
