30-Day Refund Promise

Contact Tall Owl within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you would like refunded.

We will refund the actual amount paid for those items, plus applicable tax, with no questions or fee.

Original shipping charges are refunded only when Tall Owl made a fulfillment or service error.
