I am new - where should I start?
For most shoppers: Whipped Tallow. It is the lighter daily jar for face, hands, and body, and it is what new shoppers start with. If you also want lip care, the Trio Bundle covers the routine.
Are all of these tallow-based?
Four of the five products are tallow-based (Whipped Tallow, Body Balm, Lip Balm, Trio). Eye Serum is the tallow-free botanical exception - it is built for the lighter under-eye area.
How does Buy One, Get One Free work?
Buy any product and a second one of the same product and size is added to your cart free - pick whichever scent you'd like for it. The discount applies automatically at checkout, no code needed. Every product is eligible, including our newest Freedom Balm, Nourishing Oil, and Baby Balm. This is the final run of Buy One, Get One Free - it ends June 30, 2026.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is a flat $4.99 within the US, and free on orders $50 and over. Orders ship from our Colorado workshop within 1-2 business days.
What is the return policy?
Every Tall Owl order is covered by a 30-day happiness guarantee. If the product is not for you, contact us within 30 days for a refund. No long forms, no questions.
Are these vegan or animal-free?
No. The base of most Tall Owl products is grass-fed beef tallow. If you keep an animal-free routine, Tall Owl is not the right fit - see Eye Serum (the only tallow-free option) or look elsewhere.
